One of the largest plants, working in the field of Ministry for Atomic Energy of the Russian Federation, having gone through the financial and production hardship, it is now again in the front line in the foreign and domestic markets.
The plant started its production activity in 1973, producing devices and hardware for physics research, automation and control devices for nuclear industry.
The plant has at its disposal large pool of design and production resources, well-qualified staff numbering 1.500 employees.
The enterprise includes assembly-mounting, microelectronic, mechanical, and galvanic departments, accredited metrological and testing bases, protection and fire safety equipment testing areas.
The enterprise has been deeply restructured to improve production efficiency, which resulted in active development of Production Investment-Marketing Center, Special Design Office, and production departments, that have gained legal entity status. As a result, research-and-production holding company "Tenzor" has been formed.
Special attention is paid to the quality of the output and the services supplied. "Tenzor" had its quality assurance system certified by "TUV Cert" (Germany) according to ISO-9001 requirements, and by "Oboroncertific" according to GOST R-ISO-9001 in 2000, and according to MS 9001-2000 - in 2002.
All of the produced equipment is certificated and the enterprise itself has all of the State licenses for the production, design and starting-up and adjustment of the respective apparatus. Instrumental plant "Tenzor" has a tradition of providing not just an after-sale service but the after-guaranteed technical maintenance of the equipment.
"Tenzor" is one of 16 Russian enterprises that have European "Gold standard" certificate, and has been rewarded with ARCCI honorary award "Golden Galaxy".
"Tenzor" successfully participates in domestic and foreign markets of security and technological processes automation systems in the lines of:
Integrated systems of objects' physical protection management and control;
Fire alarm and automatic fire-extinguishing systems;
Computer systems and operators' workstations for main technological processes management;
In-core control systems for NPP with water power reactors;
Continuous power supply units.
