road and the railroad. The area is 7166 hectares, population - 68000. Dubna is almost fully telephoned.
There is a wide computer network connected to international computer systems (fiber-optic connection
between the capital and Dubna). The center of space communication provides great opportunities for
satellite communication development. Key enterprises: Joint Institute for Nuclear Research,
JSC "Instrumental plant "Tenzor", JSC "Dubna engineering plant", engineering design bureau
