Special attention is paid to the quality of the output and the services supplied. "Tenzor" had its quality assurance system certified by "TUV Cert" (Germany) according to ISO-9001 requirements, and by "Oboroncertific" according to GOST R-ISO-9001 in 2000, and according to MS 9001-2000 - in 2002.
All of the produced equipment is certificated and the enterprise itself has all of the State licenses for the production, design and starting-up and adjustment of the respective apparatus. Instrumental plant "Tenzor" has a tradition of providing not just an after-sale service but the after-guaranteed technical maintenance of the equipment.
"Tenzor" is one of 16 Russian enterprises that have European "Gold standard" certificate, and has been rewarded with ARCCI honorary award "Golden Galaxy".
There is an effective organizational and production system formed at the Plant, which enables full-scale realization of actions concerning systems and items production.

It is organization departments and qualified personnel performing full range of system integration services:
preproject analysis, organizational analysis and objects vulnerability analysis;
items and appropriate software development;

It is appropriate testing base, accredited by Gosstandard RF:
"KOD" testing center - preliminary, periodical tests for reliability, tests for accordance to technical specification requirements (climate, vibration, electromagnetic, etc.);
"Analytic" testing laboratory - input monitoring of materials and parts used in production;
All production units and testing laboratories have means sufficient not only to serve the needs of the Plant in its main activities, but also to provide services to external customers.
It is appropriate production and technology patterns:
assembly unit (instrumental, mechanical, frame-forming);
galvanic unit (chemical and galvanic coating, powder and paintwork coating, printed circuit cards, plastic casting and pressing);
assembly-mounting unit (assembling, tuning and adjustment of the electronic equipment. Production is provided with all of the testing equipment, allowing to produce the products, meeting the world standards);
microelectronic unit (specialized in development and production of radio-electronic devices of improved reliability for severe operational conditions basing on up-to-date elemental base and particularized technology application).
Among the most crucial departments are External Activities Service and External Activities Provision Service. Developed technical solutions, design department equipment, including "Caddy" and "AutoCAD" software, enable system project development in the shortest terms at maximal "efficiency-to-cost" ratio.
